BlueChrome® ESP®:
A Shining Success
Objective:
Promote Bendix's Electronic Stability Program (ESP) through their channels of distribution while educating the distributors on how to sell the line, as well as providing them with sales incentives.
Solution:
Designed and promoted the BlueChrome ESP program – an online, interactive site that provides training, testing and sales support of Bendix® products for distributors/dealers. The site also allows for the delivery of point-of-sale promotional materials throughout the year.
Results:
The Peterbilt side of the program saw 57% growth in dealer participation, 47% growth in reps with 9% of them adding sales, delivering a 108% increase in units sold for Bendix® for the year. The Kenworth side of the business experienced dealer growth of 22% and 27% in reps with 220% of those adding sales for a units sold increase of 321% in one year.
